UAE residents and visitors can fly 747 simulator


Aspiring young pilots or those that always wondered what it is like to handle one of the world's most iconic aircraft can now try it out in Abu Dhabi
Mutahida Simulators and Al Forsan International Sports Resort have partnered to introduce a cutting-edge flight simulator of the Boeing 747 Jumbo Jet   offering all ages the ultimate virtual experience of the ‘Queen of the Sky’.

The Mutahida Simulators 747-400 Flight Simulator comprises a unique, customized simulator carefully designed according to actual 747-400 cockpit specifications.  Participants have the ability to set their own flight paths between any two airports with over 200 destinations to choose from – with the entire process monitored and managed via 10 state-of-the-art computers.  Guests can also choose the length of flights to either refine flying skills in the air or practice take-offs and landings, or even do all in one session.

Al Forsan resort offers a diverse array of activities including motorsports, shooting, paintball, equestrian, watersports and fitness and leisure.  The simulator  is open to the public at Al Forsan from Sunday through Saturday excluding Tuesday.  Although open to all ages, flights are recommended for ages 12 and up.  Flight experiences begin at AED120 and can now be booked online at www.mutahida.com.
